bluetooth calls not working now after new update

Just took delivery. Everything works related to Bluetooth audio and key EXCEPT no audio on Bluetooth phone calls. Just dead air. Tried soft reset. Tried restarted iPhone. Tried removing and repairing iPhone. Help?!- miami2367
