New Jersey service center. They said they have computer in stock. So let’s hope it’s fixed within next two days. True people def would come to report negative. I just wasn’t sure if the 3 to 5 days was standard.- Michael319

so i went to tesla today to ask what the hold up was with the car. Estimate went from thursday to saturday. and then nothing since. First guy said he would reach out to the tech and for us to wait on the side.. all of a sudden he dissapeared and an hour later we wondering where is our update. We...- Michael319

Tesla service estimate?
Are the estimates ever accurate? Mine got moved from Thursday to today Saturday at 5pm. And nothing. And no update yet. Since they don’t work Sunday I’m guessing only Monday will I have an update. I figured they’d have a quota and want the cars services and out.- Michael319

Three weeks? Did the app say it would take three weeks? That’s insane. Why didn’t they let tou keep the car and bring it back only when ready.- Michael319

Model 3 AWD. Cameras and gos don’t work after update
Not happy with this. At the tire service appointment we told them about the new issue that came up with the camera and they said it be done Thursday. Then switched to estimate Saturday. If they couldn’t fit it in. They should have rescheduled something and had me bring the car back another day- Michael319

Okay so I dropped off car Tuesday for tire alignment and they fixed the o ring for the trunk. The car was suppose to be done today at 8;45pm cause they had added the gos and camera not working. They moved the estimate just now to Saturday 5pm. Is it normal to delay estimate? How long will...- Michael319
