Oh wow... I'm good since I already have the S3XY buttons for rear fog lights, these things rule. Sidenote: I thought my interior was clean, the photo says otherwise. I swear to the naked eye, it looks fine.

According to this video, 2022 Model 3's have the rear fog lights, but maybe just the Model 3s in Europe? My US made 2022 Model Y has them.

How do you go about doing that?

Same here, drove by and there were lights on the inside but no other signs of construction or any changes. I think at this point we will be lucky to get it by end of the year.
