Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's the problem. But it seems like it's less trouble to pull out the card then open the app and make sure it's on the 3. -

Agree. We have an X in addition to the 3, and the fob on the X is great. I don't even try the 3 with the app any more; I just pull out the card on the way to the car. -

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Until yesterday, the app worked maybe 60-70% of the time. Then yesterday it stopped working altogether. Although we also have an X, which I drive most of the time. My wife drives the 3, and her app (Apple phone) works 1/2 the time. I'm wondering if having two...
