Just my 0.02, usually the down payment for lease should be minimal, such as $4,500. You are putting high down payment which made the monthly lease payment low. I plan to lease my MY when they launch the 3rd row

Thanks, great suggestion. I agree as well that BMW offers best deal for the lease term. This is my 3rd time leasing BMW, the other time, I was not offer the mileage and I agree, very easy to return the lease.

Just curious with your experience in returning BMW lease as I am currently have BMW X5 lease. How do you negotiate the extra miles toward the end of the lease. My extra miles charge is $0.25/mile which I think reasonable for an X5, just wondering if they will give you a better deal at the end of...

I think with MY, Tesla most likely will have test drive car available. Just from the news and from this forum, the demands for MY is not as overwhelming as M3 was

Same here, it’s great that it will have 3 row of seats but overall size is still manageable
