I took delivery last Wednesday FUSC transferred smoothly within the hour of delivery. I did text Tesla in my communications about the delivery and they confirmed I had "accepted" the transfer and was good to go.

Actually you can charge up to 100%. You do not want to have the car sit around @100%. But if you are charging up for an immediate long distance trip you would be good to go.

Actually 320 miles when not towing will be @250 real world. Except that is assuming you actually start at 100% charge and go to 0%. In reality you will rarely go below 20% so subtract the last 50 miles, gives you @200 miles real world usable range or less since you also rarely start off at 100%.

Interestingly there are several here from California who ordered Plaids' in September and were all getting VIN's days before me - despite ordering 1 month before. My guess is they built a bunch of Plaid's recently to fulfill those orders. Just set up delivery for this Wednesday.
