2017 75D and have an appointment next week for them to come look at my door. Same issue but front passenger. I'm not sure if I'm even covered under warranty (how do I check?) What's a job like this usually run for Tesla techs?

That's a nice deal. Probably has the premium package too. For me, it was kind of a wash since I was offered almost 8k more for my trade in compared to last year.

Wish I looked for this on my used one I just bought, it has the same issue described here. By the looks of this thread looks like I have no chance to get it fixed under warranty.

It works great. It's not too clunky at all when you get a hang of it. Once you set up your shortcuts you don't really have to mess with it again. You have to buy tasker plug(it's a few bucks) in for Tesla and that literally does all the work for you. My next step is to get those shortcuts to...

I set up tasker for my Model X. Shortcuts on my home screen to unlock, lock and start the car remotely. I was so used to my Model 3 and not carrying a fob..this will do until I can't connect to my car cause no service lol

I just picked up a 2017 with the textile and leather inserts. I like them, they are pretty comfy compared to all leather seats I had in the M3. They feel pretty durable and still look brand new, less leather wrinkles/fatigue to deal with.

I just upgraded from a 3 to X. Works out much better for me. Easier to get in and out of, more luxury options and features, feels more solid (the 3 rattled so much and road noise was really annoying). I do miss the quicker MCU since my X has MCU1 but that's it. I have a 75D so the range isn't...

I just bought a 2017 75D with 38k miles for around 66k (local dealership). I traded in my M3 SR+ and they gave me a great deal on the trade in, it felt like I was driving the M3 for free for the last few years.
