    Aftermarket Wheels on Model 3

Looks good! What are your offsets?

    The Tesla Wave!

I'm here for you, you won't catch me ignoring and I might hit you up first (unless I legitimately don't see you lol). You can catch me in my MSM 3.

Canadian Model 3 delivery estimates for new orders are already into June.

Just got it yesterday and my delivery appointment is tomorrow. So all pretty last minute. My SA has been telling me they're pretty swamped atm. I suppose all you need is a weekday or two of notice.

Exactly how it happened for me. The only reached out to me 5 days prior to delivery but everything was already set.

I might just go this route instead if they have a config I like. Small discount and you probably get you lumbar support and radar still in the cars (or at least you can check rather than roll the dice on delivery day).

Passenger lumbar support missing from new MY

Probably passenger side as well unless they are just cheaping out on the NA cars. I'm sure it's not *completely* gone. They have to have a way to repair/replace passenger side lumbar or powered seats for the 1 million+ model 3's and Y's out there that shipped with that feature. Some of them will...

    Passenger Lumbar Support

I would agree with everything you said, if Tesla willingly let their buyers know about the change and what their options are (eg. refunding the $100 deposit, or reimbursement/credit). We have to acknowledge that the only way we came to know of this is because of this (awesome) active community...

    Passenger Lumbar Support

There are some issues tied to it. Usually a car purchase has a lot more depending on it. It's not really like buying a phone, you can walk up to the next store and get whatever you want or just walk away without any major impact on your day to day life. Unless you live in a large urban center...

Model 3 - LR AWD Waiting Room

Not sure if they just hire people with zero customer service skills or they just have non-existent training/standards. My SA is actually pretty decent but Tesla needs to get their stuff together as a whole in terms of ordering/delivery experience.

Passenger lumbar support missing from new MY

Is 12-way adjustable power front seats listed at the time of order not enough? Because we're now at 12 for the driver and 8 for the passenger. BMW couldn't follow through with their spec and just offered a reimbursement. Like I said, the onus is on the party that couldn't deliver and BMW owned...

Passenger lumbar support missing from new MY

Anyone have any luck with any type of reimbursement? Whether it's important to you or not, they should be delivering what was ordered to the exact spec. If they cannot, then it's on them to address it. Tesla is not my friend or enemy, it's not about cutting them slack or being picky. It's a...

Model 3 - LR AWD Waiting Room

I'm glad you made it out and are happy with the car! You're a very patient person who really wants their car. I hope Tesla knows that not many will stand for this kind of treatment once any real competition comes around in the not too distant future.

Model 3 - LR AWD Waiting Room

There's also Europe and the rest of the world...North America gets prioritized at the second half of the quarter.

Model 3 - LR AWD Waiting Room

Not if Tesla continues to ignore the need for a CCS adapter in the future. CCS will surely outnumber Tesla Superchargers within 2 or 3 years. It's the standard going forward.
