Hey there, our Model X 100D has been having some issues with the Dash and Infotainment. Dash - Has an inverted "L" shaped black mark, also the edges of the screen seems to be dull/fade out for some reason. Infotainment - Has a yellow/orange band around it. Looked up online and found UV light...

Door thing happens to ours too! Hopefully the Tesla mobile should be able fix all these issues. I can live with them for now, as the car is super wicked!!!

Paint issue was fixed in a minute, without any fuss. As for the fabric trim, I have booked an appointment using the Tesla app for July 2 (morning) - The mobile team should be at my home to fix it. In the meantime, I will let my OA/DA know about these issues.

We took our's yesterday and we found 3 issues (attachments). One of them was the fabric trim above the rear door which was coming off (similar to your's). Paint issues were resolved instantly. All defects:

Yea! Took 3 and half or more to get my car. I might have come across you in the burning waiting Hall! But it was nice to get notifications on my Tesla app before the delivery (like keycard was removed or used).

Finally home! It took 3 and half hours to get my car. (As per my delivery email) You are picking up your car at: 1636 W 4th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6J 1L9 You should be receiving a call (from Vegas or Vancouver) and email confirming your appointment exactly 1-3 days before the delivery day...

Waiting game

Similar to @9-Volt, I received an email confirming my appointment in the evening. The email also contained a MVPA (which was updated to my Tesla account earlier today). Attaching my email so that others who are waiting can get a better understanding of what they should be expecting 1 day before...

I was told the same by my OA yesterday, but they ended up calling me today to confirm the appointment. Hopefully you should receive a call from Vegas on June 13th.

Got a call from Vegas confirming my appointment date and time for tomorrow @3:30 pm. I requested the Tesla agent on the call to update the final contract on my Tesla account and also to send me an email confirming the appointment and other things that I might need to bring or be prepared before...

Expect to see your VIN in your account under RN (see the attachment), exactly one week before the delivery date and time (ex: delivery at 2pm? VIN might show up at Jun 12th @2pm). In your case, it should be June 12th (1 week from June 19th).

I had a similar experience. All my calls got disconnected whenever I have selected "delivery in Canada". I will trying calling them again tomorrow in the morning on my way to work!
