Imo you are not obligated to pay the extra amount added after you agreed on a price, however they are likely not obligated to sell it at the previously stated price since they now have additional expenses for repairs to the car.

Something to consider is the much longer range on the model S. The mYlr is around 330 epa. S is more like 400+. That long drive would mean charge stops that maybe avoided in the S. The S seems to have plenty of room for kid stuff while avoiding the mom wagon look. Imo

I would agree with this opinion on the performance package being an option that doesn’t bring much value. I guess some people need the top options, but our m3lr is plenty quick on the launch to beat nearly any other car. The brakes are more than capable if you have to use them.
