YES. I have same problem with my 2022 M3 (on 2022.40.4) but not my 2021 MY (on 2022.36.6). Definitely some sort of bug. I have rebooted the car several times, but M3 does not unlock unless app is open (after installing 2022.40.4). MY is working fine without the app open.

I too have the speckles. Build date 7/2021. SC said I "over sprayed" a coating which is total BS! See phot. I will keep pressuring them to fix.

It might be the color. I ordered MYLR5-Blue/Black notow Nofsd on 7/12. Immediately Got EDD of 7/22-8/11. Delivered 7/25 in Mt Kisco. 13 days. they get all 1 color delivered at a time. So perhaps there was an extra Blue to fill the truck. Lucky me. #TeamBlue
