it was $3,000+ worth of damage requiring in the replacement of a lot of panels

So Tesla sold me a New Inventory car but didn't disclose that it had had a prior accident

Tesla reached out to me (through a third party I know who is well connected... there's no way I'd have gotten a response otherwise) and shared info about the accident (pics and repair order). They then proceeded to act as if sharing this info was a huge favor for me, and when I tried to protest...

So Tesla sold me a New Inventory car but didn't disclose that it had had a prior accident

There's an item about an accident on the report, and another item about the repair. I am guessing the first one is related to an insurance claim, the second one might be from the shop. Tesla repaired the car, but maybe because of the insurance claim the "accident" was already on the report, so...

So Tesla sold me a New Inventory car but didn't disclose that it had had a prior accident

I bought it on August 2019, the CarFax shows an accident in February 2019 and a repair in May 2019. I just found it out. And yes, I definitely entered the correct VIN, I'm not even sure if it's practically possible to enter in the wrong VIN and get a match

So Tesla sold me a New Inventory car but didn't disclose that it had had a prior accident

That is what I am trying to do but literally no one from Tesla will respond back to me...

So Tesla sold me a New Inventory car but didn't disclose that it had had a prior accident

Yeah, that seems to be the case. I am selling my car and merely want to be compensated on the hit I am taking due to selling a car with an accident report on it.

So Tesla sold me a New Inventory car but didn't disclose that it had had a prior accident

I think the title says it all. Tesla (who seems hell bent on screwing me over) sold me a new inventory Model S that had had an accident and repair (that is visible on CarFax). Obviously, since I was buying the car new, I had never thought of checking its CarFax. But now that I did (this happened...

    Well, I did it!!!

Nema 14-50 is the way to go but honeslty I've been thinking even the regular 14-30 drier connection could be enough depending on your driving habits.

Should FSDC (Full Self-Driving Capabilities) be an option right now?

It's laughable to think that the system that can't even get close to AP1 in accuracy and features will enable full self driving in 2017. Not going to happen in 2017 and 2018. It's fine to add it as an option now for purchases. It is NOT fine to have it for leases. It's literally wasted money.

    40k in 15 months

This is nice to hear. It usually goes like this: Tesla owner when he/she is in a group of Tesla owners: "Go to hell Elon where's feature xx.xx coming, my car is breaking apart, here is my awful experience, I am dying" Tesla owner when he/she is in a group of ICE plebs: "THIS IS THE MOST...

    Did you upgrade 60 ->75?

One thing I've noticed with EV Trip Planner. I've been looking at it and planning future trips as I'm waiting for my car to arrive. Where I am (Raleigh, NC) there is a LOT of difference in road trips with the 85kWh battery. From 60 to 70 trip times aren't noticeably reduced, but at 85 there...
