there is a Flo CCS fast charger a few blocks away which I have used a few times. you need the ccs to tesla adapter but it works as a backup Flo Charging Station - Google Search

drove by last Saturday and saw an empty spool of wire and installed equipment. no time to capture pictures but seems to be moving forward to completion despite the winter.

I was there yesterday evening. It worked fine and the app on the car directed me to the location to charge. Only 4 chargers are online and the car screen showed only 4 as well. Another car was next to me charging as well.

Just a small update, I was there charging yesterday evening. Only 4 of the 12 chargers were actually live. Most of the locations there to eat are simple fast-food (Duncan Donuts, Subway, Philly's), but there is a sit-down pub and restaurant called "The Dutchmen's Tavern" tucked down the street...

I would try to get them to replace both the a) PTC heater and b) the harness, since the failure of one seems to go hand in hand with the other. I suspect they are trying to save on costs, by only replacing one at a time.

I tried to ask them to get the old PTC Heater replaced, but since they claimed it was not broken they would not replace it. I also asked for the old wiring harness to inspect myself, but they had already thrown it out.,

@GalacticHero - I replicated the same problem on a Tesla Model 3 2020 loaner which my SC loaned me. So I think this is a software issue and not a hardware issue. I have 2 separate chargers and only in cold weather did the problem present itself.

@tes-s I thought so, but it only happened that one and only time. And the cables for those superchargers were pulled out laying on the ground indicating they were somehow down.
