    FYI To get TOU-5 you have to move your whole house to TOU. That's why I stayed on TOU-2. Not worth it for me.

    FYI The San Pasqual area was annexed by the city in conjunction with the building of the Wild Animal Park (now Safari Park) in the '70s. That led to the weird I-15 corridor shape of the city's norther limits.
