Winter Tires on Model 3
Was able to test out Vikings in snow and ice. Very good and snow and slush, we had a good dump of snow recently and I had to drive today. Pulling out of my alley garage was no problem, no slipping or loss of traction. A Mercedes pulled into the same alley so I pulled over into a low drift to let...- onetyme

Comparing LR AWD to SR+
Both Federal and Provincial unavailable on LR AWD which makes the purchase more difficult to justify -

Winter Tires on Model 3
Just picked up 18 Viking Contact 7. As others have noted they are actually quieter than the Primacy stocks. I have them on Touren TR60 Gunmetal Grey. We likely won't have snow in the next few days where I'm located, but it's been alright in the rain and does feel soft.- onetyme

Winter Tires on Model 3
Interesting, I know the bolt pattern is the same on the mazda 3 but you are actually using the same tires? What size are they 17s? Just wondering since i still have maybe 1 more season on my Pirellis for winter. Wondering if my 16" steelies would work as well.- onetyme
