No change in performance with new fsd vs old one seen so far

I had my April 2019 X upgrade from eap to fsd chip two weekends ago along with yellow border mcu treatment and other minor fixes. Paid $2000 for fsd upgrade earlier this year. San Diego Tesla Miramar location.

Service center said it could be caused by 3rd party apps accessing the Tesla account.
