Nope, just no, the person you spoke with at Ally is wrong. Call them back, ask for a supervisor, explain that Tesla withdrew the same amount, on the same day and that it is a duplicate ACH and that you want it reversed.

Your bank reverses duplicated ACHs, speak to them, not Tesla.
