I am completely funded today. However, the best delivery date Kevin can do is Mar 8th. (2 weeks after payment. Ridiculous!!). This is in Houston BTW

RBFCU looks like a good find. Do RBFCU fund the entire loan and what kind of downpayment is required for 1.95% rate? Can I include the Doc and tax in the loan?
