I don't think you have to spend a month on a standard tariff. Just can't switch back between the 2 withing 30 days.

Well it's got too much for me. Have jumped to Go for a month or two.

December had been the first month for me where Agile was more expensive than Go, despite my best efforts to time-shift usage. Strongly considering jumping ship for a month or two.

I don't think NHS salary sacrifice makes a difference when it comes to annual allowance pension calculations. Still counts as income in this circumstance. Not sure about lifetime allowance though.
