Just got same on my 2021 model 3 performance today with 23500 miles. Did they install new or refurbished battery?

Just got this message and was told battery pack replacement is due. Car is 2021 model 3 performance with about 23500 miles. Really not looking forward to refurbished battery

The you tube channel engineering explained goes into detail regarding performance stats. The description to the link is shown at end of video in this post I noticed no difference. I made the change to 18 inch rims to save future money on tires and protect rims from dents with larger sidewalls

My 2021 20k miles model 3 also leaks quite a bit when adding fluid. I created a ticket and was given an appointment a week later as part/reservoir was on back order
