I have a 2017 100D Model X with enhanced autopilot and AP HW3.0 it has summon beta and autosteer beta and autopark, not sure if it has FSD option or not…do you need FSD to get access to summon and autosteer in Japan like you do in other regions?

The uses carry over to the next month if you do not use them. I figure I would have to use it for an hour each month on average for the smallest 10 use plan to save me money over the basic plan at the same usage. If you will not use it monthly, I think the 550 is the way to go.

Here is my problem with the ZESP3 registration. Whatever I put in the box it tells me it is wrong.

Hmm. Zesp3 seems like 3000 a month for the cheapest. Emobility is 4500. If I only need to charge about an hour a month on chademo seems like zesp3 would be slightly cheaper… emobility seems cheaper if I am using it frequently. I plan to charge mainly at home and once in a while for road trips.

I just did exactly that. I wanted to order the refresh X but was told at least 2 years delivery to japan for ordering a new model x today due to the chip shortage and japan not being a priority market at the moment and not being a high volume product to begin with. So I went with a used 2017...

Looking for information on “uncorking” a 2017 model x 100d in japan to gain a bit faster acceleration. The Nagoya service centre doesn’t know anything about it apparently. Anyone familiar with or had this done in Japan? I posted in the general model x forum for reference...

I read on a Japanese forum that stock was scarce due to the chip shortage and Tesla japan told them in March they should have more available for purchase again.
