Fellow Model 3 owner in Boston here. Mine has been doing pretty much the same thing. It's probably just because of the cold weather, but I am starting to get concerned.

I've had the Nomad in my car for about a week and I absolutely love it. I plugged one of the two USBs into a splitter in order to save dashcam videos and it works perfectly.

You'll get a call or text message from the person that's delivering it first when they leave Dedham with an ETA and then when they're a couple minutes away. My guy called once he was in my driveway, though.

Quickly losing my patience here. They gave me a special number to contact them at and I still can't get any response. At this point, I just want an answer. I no longer have a delivery appointment in my account and it's now saying "December delivery"....

Got the paperwork done today. Car is still in RI. Chance it shows up tomorrow morning for an afternoon delivery. More likely that it shows up at night (if at all) and I get home delivery on Wednesday only a couple hours before I fly to VA for the holiday. Frustrating, to say the least....

Do you have contact info of the delivery specialist you worked with? Mine is very responsive when it comes to emailing/texting her. Much better results than calling their delivery department.
