Updates: A gentleman just dropped off the car to my door! About 1 hour 20 min. after I sent an complaint email to Dublin's store and servcie email listed on the website. Not a pleasant experience but I will move on. I am sorry for anyone that is or will be going through the same experience.

Latest update: The new delivary date was today, and they failed again. This time not even a call at the end of the day letting me know what's going on. Also my VIN got changed....so I am pretty sure it wasn't a "dust" at FINAL quality check like they told me on Saturday. So they are liars.

Are the cars just parked outside that you can walk up and look for the VIN?

They said because the service department hasn't final the quality control yet, they needed 2 weeks.
