I suspect that is environmental. When the nights get longer my cameras do that more when I drive late in the evening or early mornings and its still dark. For me the message is in the lines that camera is blocked or blinded when it just looks into darkness.

For Android phone I have been using Pixel phones and since Pixel 6 in 2021 the Pro versions have all had UWB support. Same goes for Samsung S21 onwards. Though Tesla app on Android does not support using it.
