Sorry, I own a tesla s p85 2014.. wrong forum Your answer is so detailed, its amazing. On my tesla s I could easily replace the on board charger but then I learned it requires programing and I don't know anyone who can do it over the internet.

Somehow this discussion wen from a junction box failure to battery pack replacements and warranty discussions... so I have to ask: Does anyone know if the junction box failure is considered as a battery pack issue by tesla and therefore covered by the 8 year battery pack warranty?
