    Headlight too high?

Thanks. I haven’t done any manual adjustment yet. So far the adjustment was only done automatically by the car. I also noticed besides the headlights were too high, at a short distance the driver side headlight was an inch higher than the passenger side straight out of factory. I would...

    Headlight too high?

Thank you bike man and Dandi, I clicked open the headlight adjustment button yesterday. It shut off the headlight and asked me to wait 45 seconds, after which the headlight was turned on again and I was allowed to manually adjust them. But I noticed the headlights are already lower than...

    Steering Correction

I have the same experience with op. Car reacting to shadows quite often, lots of warnings on curvy road, etc. Also the steering intervention seems to kick in only half of the time between 40-50 mph, and almost never kick in below 39 or above 55 mph, although the manual says 30-85.

    Headlight too high?

Thank you! I thought I was a little crazy to adjust this out of factory. Will do.

    Headlight too high?

New owner of model Y AWD here ( HW3 if it matters). I noticed the cutoff line of the low beam output seems much higher than my other car/SUVs ( mostly Honda with ICE engine). When I follow a small suv at my comfortable distance, the cutoff line used to be one foot below their rear window. But...

NEW JERSEY First Energy/JCP&L Charging Incentives

The status of my jcpl ev application is “awaiting charger communication “. How do I know if my juice box is communicating properly to JCPL? I know it’s connected to WiFi with the white led bar, but I know nothing about the data transmission…..

Model Y standard range battery LFP?

In the ordering page for the rwd MY, it did day: “Your design qualifies for a $7,500 federal tax credit for eligible buyers.” On top of that, msrp under 45k makes the rwd MY to qualify for additional 2500 incentive in my state……

What have you hit with your rear hatch recently?

Since I adjusted the height of the rear hatch for the garage, the last three things it hit were the back of my head, the back of my head and the back of my head.

Buying a Used Model Y with Clean Carfax but Tesla reported damage

I can also contribute a data point, had two accidents on the Honda, both went through insurance, repaired by bodyshop, etc. The one with a police report was shown on Carfax, the one without police report was not shown (I got a copy of the other driver’s insurance card and let her go. But...

Does Chill mode increase efficiency? Surprisingly, Tesla says yes

Thanks! It’s possible I was not adapted to regen during the test drive, so the feeling was a little exaggerated

Does Chill mode increase efficiency? Surprisingly, Tesla says yes

Does chill mode reduce regen? I feel the regen is a little less than what I felt in the test drive. I already set the regenerative braking as “ standard “ ( vs. low).

Trading 1.5 month old Model y for Model X

    1. Know your MY trade in value before making the decision. Chances are the number is much less than you expect. Showrooms near me are having 4K markdown on the new coming soon inventories. 2. Only the most basic model X qualifies the federal tax credit. Once you add 6 or 7 seats, the...
