My wife and I converted a Honda CRX to an EV in 1991, picked up a Gen 1 EV1 in 1997, a Gen 2 EV1 in 1999, then a 2002 Toyota RAV4-EV (which my wife drives) and a 2011 Nissan Leaf (which I drive).
