Does anyone remember how long it was between the model 3 Sr+ & P- was made live to order and then when the model 3 LR was made live? I vaguely remember it being only a few weeks or a month before you could order a LR, but I can't remember exactly. Maybe the model Y will follow a similar timeframe

I'm also waiting for a LR. Only reason why I don't want the P is that it's lowered and has the bigger wheels which reduce range. Otherwise if they release a P- like they did with the 3 when it first came which had the standard SR+ wheels, then I would consider that. Was the 3P- lowered?

True, but in my experience, a thief is usually not going to break windows and risk getting caught etc if he has no visual confirmation that there is in fact anything of value to be stolen. As opposed to there being no parcel shelf and my work equipment sitting out in the open for all to see so...

All of my work equipment is way too big to fit under any of the under floor compartments. So only way is for me to "hide" the contents. Really hope someone makes an aftermarket parcel shelf before the car is sold in my country.

This to me is the stupidest omission ever. I for one constantly carry expensive equipment for work in the back of my car and not being able to slide a cover over it is ridiculous and just asking for it to get smashed windows and stolen equipment. What a shame.

I'm still confused how the trunk status works in this new version. Does it show it as opened on the screen when it is open or does it flash between opened and closed like the hansshow one does? How do they claim it can be closed on the screen if it does show the trunk as opened and non flashing...

Correct me if I'm wrong but also don't the Tesla mats have a split in the back row half way along? I feel like I would find it always collected dirt along the split. Especially with my 4 and 5 year old in the back...
