It seems you need to explain to Tesla SA your situation better. Tell them you got a ticket and you are sending it to Tesla since it's not officially registered in your name yet. Are you asking them when they sent it, by what mode, any tracking number they can provide?

Yes, but I’m retired military, stay at home dad..lol so I have very little taxes to pay. One point I was going to bring up is that, the used vehicles have additional 1 year or 10,000 miles added to warranty after the basic warranty expires…something to think about for me.
