Well, it was ordered July 6th and not delivered till Sept. 25, even though it was estimated end of August! I believe it is the case that I just missed the inclusion of those features. Last time I bought an X in June of 2016, I just missed autopilot 2!

Okay, will do. Odd that the service center did not point it out to me immediately the two times I went in. I had a 2016 with the hitch attached and just recall it being obvious because I always had the adapter in there. Thanks!

Only Tow Package is included. But that is my point. Tow package is also on the window sticker...but it didn't make it into the car. I was pretty sure those other things were included from cold weather package to bioweapon defense, but not on sticker and not on car...what is the definitive...

It was a new custom car order placed July 6 and build Aug 2018. I am pretty sure all those things were included but don't have any proof as they were not reflected in the bill of sale or window sticker (other than the tow package).
