Today Saturday early afternoon, 7 of 12 Pismo superchargers are occupied. Glad to see the new station being utilized. And no one sitting in their Tesla... hopefully shopping/dining local businesses. But FWIW, during the week on my afternoon walk, I only saw 1 or 2 (or none) charging.

Glad to hear it. The upcoming July 4th weekend should be an interesting first big test. But 15 minutes is hardly enough time to browse the nearby stores & restaurants. And many of them really need the business.

From my early evening walk today... In the photo below, to the far right note the green Electrify America stations. They're still using traffic cones, maybe to discourage overnight parking (?). But if you need to charge, just drive past the cones... like this Jaguar I-PACE getting juiced at...

I'm less than a half-mile from the brand-new superchargers (12 stations) at the Premium Outlet Mall in Pismo Beach, California. I saw 2 Teslas plugged-in yesterday, so I assume these superchargers are now working. But I don't have a Tesla (yet), so can't verify.
