Hey all. I'm coming up on 5 months waiting for parts to repair my 2015 Model S P85D. In June of this year, someone backed into me with their SUV, and did about $6,000 worth of damage to the rear lights, sensors, bumpers, charge port (have to open it manually sometimes), and rear driver's side...

So they're saying they're charging you $1,000 for the "courtesy" of changing your order without your consent via the order fee. I would take the words at face value and assume that $1,000 "credit" is just going straight to the order fee, as if you never reserved the car at all. I don't think...

I wouldn't of touched the refund button. They'll take your cancellation as "consent" to your accepting that non-refundable bullshit. This can be used against you in court or your chargeback case as "evidence" that you accepted their removal of the reservation and their keeping of the fee. I'm...

It's unfortunate but the killer product Tesla has is their supercharger network, not their cars. The charging infrastructure in the US just isn't there yet. Only some chargers are 50 Kw/hr at the most (Chademo), and the majority are 15 Kw/hr. A 6 hour drive 360 miler drive in an ICE car turns...

Lol, I didn't even notice that. So they're still making you pay "full price" by CHARGING you for the "$1,000 refundable deposit" that was supposed to go towards the order anyways, and not compensating you for it. Beyond scummy, and a clear breach of contract.
