Seatbelt nag chime longer

Same issue for me started with 2019.40. Putting the car into park and unbulking my seat belt results in the chime going off.

30 day trade in value

Does anyone know if the value Tesla gave me online for my trade in is valid for 30 days from the date of issue, or 30 days from my order date? Thanks!
