If that is correct it is a very recent change. I insured my new X100D with them 3 weeks ago without any issues.

My experience was the same as @ShockOnT for my X100D - QBE also had more flexibility with select drivers, variable excess etc. to reduce premium.

That's a great initiative. Would compliment the Supercharger proposed for Narooma (late 2018) as well as opening up the region for EV tourism. Beautiful part of Australia.

Likewise saw the review as positive with genuine awe during the straight-line run. The backseat lawyers as a post-roadster dig was vintage Clarkson. Our X100D arrives in 3 weeks and this review just made me more impatient :)
