I stopped by today at 7:40pm and all of the doors are closed... no way to get in. Nav screen shows 8 of 16 stalls available... what is the secret password, guys?

Supercharging cabinets and transformer in place. No power from what I can tell. Also, It doesn’t look like much work, if any, was done to the pedestals this week.

Updated as of Apr 08: Power is being supplied to the pedestals overhead. Things appear to be moving pretty fast still.

Has anyone been by recently? Any movement? I have a trip on July 7th from The Woodlands to San Angelo and was really hoping this charger would be live by then... any suggestions if it is not?

I paid Tesla over $10,000 when I picked up the car. I am only asking for a down of $4,000 which in its self is a savings of $6,000 for a 3.5 month old car. Also, Tesla requires a 36 month lease, so by doing a swap the new owner is getting a shorter lease then you can on a new MS. I don't know...

Yes, $4,000 cash in addition to the assuming the lease. There is no pre-paid lease discount to my knowledge, I have asked my OA and will let you know if I hear otherwise.

A buyout will never be a good option on a lease. That defeats the purpose of leasing a car in my opinion.

Buyout is $66,171 at the end of lease. Battery has been treated very well. Consistently charged to 90% daily per Tesla's recommendation.

Forgot to mention the vehicle is located in Southern California.
