I decided to go with ModernSpare. https://modernspare.com/search-page/?make=9&model=22&syear=462&cfm=Tesla&cfmo=Model%203&cfy=2020 takes up a lot of space in trunk on my model 3 (about a large suitcase size), but traveling in the west (desert) I wanted peace of mind I won't get stranded for long.

I took delivery of mine 3/17 and it updated to 2020.8.2 yesterday, I did have "advanced" enabled. So I only had to wait 6 days.

How are you supposed to get into the car to get the paperwork? The app is not normally activated until the delivery is finalized. Surely they aren't leaving the car unlocked?
