Did they give any indication of whether seasonal installation would be included for customers who bought the winter wheel and tire package online? Or is the "free installation", as I suspect, limited to the initial installation only?

The solution to the problem the OP describes is changing the acceleration setting from Standard to Chill.

Is there any possibility the doors aren’t fully closed? The windows drop down slightly when you open them, so my first thought was the doors might be ajar. If not sounds like something is wrong.

Thanks. He's been fully willing to come back and correct it, but I thought I might save him a trip if I could find a quick fix myself. In the meantime, it's a little painful having what was supposed to be a future-proofed setup charge at the same speed as a 110v outlet :-).
