Indeed puzzling as no one can cross the middle of Nevada in any direction. It’s been over 4 years and I still have to detour through Salt lake 4-6 trips a year.

Hard to believe they wont transfer both FSD and FUSC. I paid $96,000for X-LR in 2019 and a new X is $89,600 if they transferred FSD also. Seriously, I would buy that today if they would. What would they loose in transferring it? I wonder if my FUSC can be transferred anyway since it is listed...

Wow! I paid $96,000 for my 2019X LR and can buy a new one for $94,000 and still have my Free unlimited supercharging! They have my attention. I would jump today if they also transferred the FSD. Why would they not?? Does not cost them any more and I will not buy the the $15,000 FSD.

Likewise, they paid for everything and supplied a loaner vehicle. The refurbished battery has about 300 mile range while my old one had about 295 miles. Very satisfied overall.

Follow up: Wow, great customer service. They replaced the battery and paid for everything. It was done a week sooner than quoted. I noticed my new battery can charge above 190 kW and stays at higher current throughout the charge session. My old battery never charged that fast.

Yes, looks that way. My October 2019 Raven, 66,000 miles, HV Battery just failed while supercharging. They will replace it with a refurbished unit next Tuesday. I have unlimited free supercharging so I use that about 90% of the time. I asked about paying to upgrade the battery but they said...

My 2019 X-LR was hit in the rear. Tesla directed me to check with Third Party collision repair centers found here: Collision Support | Tesla I'm looking for referral or other info in choosing one in the Phoenix AZ area. All advice warmly welcomed. Lawrence

2019 X-LR, I had the shudder problem. They repaired it under warranty and it has performed perfect for the last 20,000 miles.

Tesla replaced some parts and that fixed the shudder issue in my 2019 X-LR. Perhaps its just me but I don't seem to have as fast acceleration as before the fix. It seems OK when I lower the chassis all the way. Perhaps part of the fix was to reduce power at higher settings.

Thanks wws, My 2019X-LR came with J1772 adapter. I used it once to test it. Since I have lifetime unlimited free supercharging, I prefer to use Tesla network. Besides, I would not want to take a chance of not being able to charge at all in case the other brand chargers are not working. There...

Coincidence: I'm in Las Vegas today on a road trip to Montana. Once again I must follow the interstate through Utah which is far out of the way to get to the Bitterroot Valley. If Tesla would put superchargers in Ely, life would be so much better. Why are they totally neglecting this major N-S...
