One of my front windows won't go up or down. When I press the button to raise or lower it, it makes a "sand on glass" sound. I have requested service but it's taking a long time to get the part, so I was wondering if anyone else have experienced something like this, and what the solution was...

I don't think the 2016 has the new seats, so for that reason alone I would pick the 2018.

Adjustable seat belt height is something Tesla should add ASAP. When I bought my Model S, I traded in a 2004 Lexus LS430 which had a button for electric seat belt adjustment. My wife is always complaining about the seat belts.

My car had some issues discovering my Wi-Fi network after the upgrade, otherwise all is good. I opted out of the radio module to get it done in one day, and I almost had to accept a loaner due to issues with one of the updates.
