Also in answer to your question. I ordered the Tesla via a lease company. It was in ‘stock’ so waiting for someone to order it. It arrived end of September. I did notice it was registered a few months previously and arrived with 200 plus miles on the clock.

Thanks very much for all of the advice everyone. I will play around with the charging, check settings etc this weekend and go back to Tesla if there is still an issue. Really appreciate people taking the time to reply.
