No it did not. I reinstalled old version by going service mode and then got the new software pushed after some time but it is again stuck at 100%

Mine failed, MY2023, HW4 and Tesla revoked it after I called them for help.

Happened with me too, I have MY 2023 HW4 and it did not download stuck at 100% for many hours and then Tesla revoked it. I opened a ticket and they called me and told that I will get in next few weeks

12.3 dropped to my MY2023 this morning, but I am at work. So need to wait for WIFI. Planning to use my iPhone hotspot in couple of hours to download and update. Hopefully will enjoy the ride back home on 12.3
