There's really nothing of quality within walking distance. Other than what you mentioned there's also a Denny's, Quizno's (inside of Chevron), and a McDonalds.

Assuming one has a 85 KwH battery, one can reach Boise via superchargers from California by driving to Elko, NV then head north on HWY 225. It's about 120 miles farther than going through the direct route via Winnemucca but it's at least possible to get there.

GRA, I estimate that from Temonton one can reach to Jackson, WY or West Yellowstone with an 85 KwH battery with room to spare if one drives conservatively. Once there one can recharge at a campground overnight or at a hotel with proper amperage. Road tripping with a Tesla "off the grid", away...

The contractor didn't give any further details other than another company was awarded the contract but he believed it was going to start soon. At one time was there discussion it wasn't Tremonton? That was always my understanding, it's a very suitable location as both I-84 and I-15 split...

Lake Point/Tooele Supercharger is coming right along, the contractor said this should be finished later next week. The contractor, who also did St George and Primm, said he heard word today that he was not awarded the Tremonton SC so he wasn't sure when that was going to begin but thought "soon".
