Forgive me if this sounds naive, but is your iPhone iOS up to date? I haven't had the same experience as you with the Tesla app but I have known apps to misbehave and do weird things if my phone if my iOS isn't up to date. Hope you get it fixed soon.

Edit. Should also add that I couldn't find one flaw. I was impressed with the number of people cleaning and prepping the cars - as I approached mine the Tesla chap asked one of the cleaning guys to make sure all watermarks were wiped off my windows.

Just remembered something I asked during the delivery courtesy call - I asked if the car will be fully charged and was told it will have a minimum of 30%, approximately 150 miles but probably more. 👍

Ugh, that's baaaaaaad, I would be totally pissed off too. Don't you just wish they would be open and honest about the reason? Might help keep frustration levels to a minimum. I think you should be offered a loan Tesla in the meantime. I hope you get it sorted soonest!

They emailed a booklet about the bundle after I completed the insurance. Zoom EV tried to call me yesterday (couldn't take the call). I sure hope it isn't an excuse for them to bombard me with sales calls! Might have to block the number.

I'll have zoomed back home by 11am! But I could come back again, any excuse to do loads of driving. 😆
