    Shortcut for Turning on Lights

I definitely agree! A voice command for turning on the fog lights would be a great improvement for safety. So when you hit that patch of heavy fog, you can keep your eyes on the road and hands on the wheel. Although an even better improvement would be to use the cameras to detect fog and...

    Supercharger - San Clemente, CA (LIVE 18 Nov 2017, 49 V3 stalls)

Maybe it depends on the charger and overall usage. I was getting over 120KW from 1B earlier this evening (only 3 other people charging at the time).

I noticed the mobile supercharger trailer when I drove past the Madonna supercharger around 10pm tonight and stopped by to take a look. There was still a team of people onsite getting it set up, as well as a security guard in a car parked in front of it.

Supercharger - San Diego, CA - Camino Del Sur (Black Mountain Ranch area, LIVE 11 Jan 2019)

Indeed. After posting the earlier photo of the table over the conduit at Carmel Mountain, I noticed similar “spare” conduit that had been capped at the Carlsbad SC.

I went by there just now. All the chargers are still wrapped in heavy black plastic. Also next to the existing power cabinets, there are some open pipes with a table over them that seems to indicate they still need to install additional cabinets or equipment.

I could be wrong, but I think this might be the utility transformer in this photo Lloyd posted on April 20th.

I went by the supercharger installation late tonight and they still have technicians working on several of the open equipment cabinets. I asked when they thought it would be open and all they would say was "it's not up to us.". I'm guessing it will be at about a week or so before it is open.

Cal Poly is really not a great charging option because not only do you have to pay to charge, you also have to buy a campus parking permit to park in the charging spots from 7am-10pm Monday-Thurday and 7am-5pm on Friday. And I can personally attest that they are very aggressive about ticketing...
