SC ran the climate test (looks like they have an automated testing by a software) - no issues judging by sensors.
They were unable to tell me my best course of actions if I run into this again. But I will tape it again and open new case once I have it again.
Okay, just returned from the service center. Similar to you, they found a water leak under the tail lights, sealed and water tested.
Since they removed tail lights, it's not as messy as in your case.
Will post an update if it leaks again
I have something similar, but it's intermittent.
I came up with these steps to reproduce:
1. Open full climate settings
2. Disable auto
3. Enable A/C
4. Set fan level at 4
5. Recirculation disabled
6. Air direction - up and front enabled, legs - disabled
7. Enable split temperature for driver...
I have the same.
Scheduled appointment, and the car is now there for 8 days, and they also somehow broke my screen, so now also waiting for replacement.
Tried reset and deleting app cache on the phone
I figured it's the app bug
My wife's phone has exact same settings but the app version is the previous one and live cam works there
Her version is 4.3.1-777
