I would think Tesla was the most qualified to diagnose...

It is true. I did everything they asked me to do. Tesla did not see a 12v system issue when they told me I needed a new HV battery before I chose Re/Cell

Anyone's opinion on whether they think it's fair their warranty was voided for not following its terms on the same day they received a copy of the warranty would be much appreciated
