Same here. I tried and tested the fix of putting the car to sleep to "fix" 10.3 and that appears to have worked. I'm going to hold off on the update that just became available that I presume puts us back to 10.2.

Be careful on the highway folks. After many many forward collision warnings, I also had automatic emergency braking kick in twice at high speed. It is quite jarring if you aren't expecting it.

I did these 3 things: Set Controls > Software > Software Update Preferences to Advanced. This lets Tesla know to install updates ASAP. Set Sentry to exclude home. Software updates won't install while it is enabled. Confirmed WiFi connection. Updates mostly come via WiFi.
