We had a similar situation. Put in the trade info, and our EDD got extended from April to October. A salesman said it was because of the trade. So watch out for that!

We ordered September 2021, delivery date just got extended to Sept/Oct. salesman said it’s because we put in a trade in vehicle. I just did it out of curiosity, had no idea it would affect delivery date. He said he would take the trade vehicle off and move us up, but the website date has not...

New member here! I am planning to place an order for a Model Y. It appears Tesla can sell as many of these as they can make, but are there ever any discounts? Like at the end of the quarter? Or should I just get my order in as fast as I can?
