Yup agreed. Still, it’s better than the July date I had before. Also, I live in Washington state so that may be why I could be getting mine before others that have ordered before me but who knows. Hopefully we all can get our cars as we have waited enough.

I would say apply after 2 weeks of your order confirmation. The 30 day rate lock should be enough for you to take delivery which is really all that matters. If the delivery date comes after the 30 day lock expires then Alliant is lenient enough to finalize the loan as long as you can provide...

I think you should wait at least a day. I think mine took a day and a half before I got the approval email. Edit: unless of course, your delivery is soon and you need to expedite the process.

I think their "official" recommendation is to charge it at 90% (I tried to find it but couldn't so I could be wrong).

Did yours come without the front plates or did you take it off yourself?

It would actually be great if it was possible to upgrade the 60 battery to a 70 instead of a 75. That 10 kwh jump provides at least 30 mile range and can still charge close to 100% without compromising the batter life.

Yeah, your case is a bit odd. I live in Seattle, WA which is why delivery time after production finishes is so short but since you live in CA, it should be shorter. Did you make any changes to your preferred delivery date? Was it ever not "First Available" (or whatever wording it is to get it...
