Same issue here with the refreshed 2022 MSLR. I even had the sc take on an extended test drive but of course they felt nothing is wrong with the suspension. All I can say is that after 2000 miles driving, it seems to have settled down and doesn’t seem as bad as it first did. 19inch tires at 41 psi.

You could also make a booking with a tesla service associate at your local service center and they have access to inventory before the public. I got a Y in one day and S in 2 weeks earlier this year.

I have a 2019 year 740 and the new MSLR and definitely the interior of tesla is not as plush or ride as comfortable as the BMW but it definitely drives much much better. The seat space is just a tad short of 7 series, so it should be better than your 5 series bmw

The seat sticks out in the middle of the lumbar region and impossible for an adult to sit in for long distance

The new redesign of the back seat sucks for the middle passenger.
